We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of products, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service.

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses; we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products only. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving such items. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Perishable goods and opened items are not eligible for return unless proven defective. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
